Terrence Johnson is the Executive Director for the Partnership, a twenty year resident of the South Sacramento area. Terrence is a charter member of the Oak Park Business Association and  neighboring commercial corridor association.  He was instrumental in the formation, on-going management and renewal of the Property and Business Improvement District up to his acceptance of the position with The business association. Terrence is very active within the South Sacramento community as board member of the Oak Park Neighborhood Association; Community Pride Project; Propel Housing; U.C. Davis/Health Systems Community Advisory Board as well as a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, NFIB, CSAE among others.
